Q: What steps do you take to strive for being "Eco-Friendly"?

A: Apart from sourcing fabrics that are gentle on the environment (please see our "About Us" page for more information on this), we have also committed to providing our customers with shipping mailers that are 100% compostable. Our tissue paper and our stickers are also made from soy-inks which are 100% recyclable! We also have the opportunity through our shipping material company to plant a tree with every order we make, helping to give back what we take one order at a time.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Should there be something wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any items purchased on SALE are considered final and not eligible for return. All items returned or exchanged should be in brand-new condition (unworn & undamaged). If the condition of the garment(s) aren't in brand new condition, your return or exchange may not be able to be fulfilled. All shipping fees (return & re-ship) will be the responsibility of the customer. We have a 14 day return window from when your garment(s) were delivered. Please contact us for more information or questions should you require it.

Q: How do your clothes fit? 

A: All of the items in our shop are made with comfort in mind. Our Lounge Dresses were designed using the bodies of real women and we have tried our best to accommodate an inclusive size range. Please check out our Size Chart if you need specific measurements or feel free to reach out, I am always happy to help.

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: Our shipping prices and options are generated directly from Canada Post. They take in to account the number of items you are purchasing and costs are determined accordingly. Processing and shipping of orders is 5-7 business days. We do our best to get your items shipped out before then. You will get an email notification when your item(s) have shipped. If you are local to the Maple Ridge area we offer local pickup.  (Please note there is a ONE WEEK deadline for items to be picked up, please contact us if your situation requires more time)

Q: How do Preorders work?

A: While we don't love to always run preorders, they are definitely a great way for us as a small business to make sure that we are producing the correct quantities for our customers and not being wasteful. We aim to have our turnaround times be as quick as possible but there are of course many factors that can affect completion dates. I will always give estimates but please understand that we & our manufacturers are trying to complete them as quick as possible. If you add a "Ready to Ship" item to your preorder, it will all ship together when the preorder is available. As only one shipping label can be created per order this is the only option. If you want to arrange to come pick up your Ready to Ship item(s) sooner from our Local Pickup location, that can absolutely be arranged! Shoot me an email!
