Q: What steps do you take to strive for being "Eco-Friendly"?
A: Apart from sourcing fabrics that are gentle on the environment (please see our "About Us" page for more information on this), we have also committed to providing our customers with shipping mailers that are 100% compostable. Our tissue paper and our stickers are also made from soy-inks which are 100% recyclable! We also have the opportunity through our shipping material company to plant a tree with every order we make, helping to give back what we take one order at a time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Should there be something wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Due to the nature of our handmade items, all sales are final.
Q: How will your clothes fit my child?
A: Our clothing has been designed with comfort in mind. They run true to size but if you are looking for a looser fit your child can grow in to, we recommend sizing up.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: Our shipping prices and options are generated directly from Canada Post. They take in to account the number of items you are purchasing and costs are determined accordingly. Processing and shipping of orders is 5-7 business days. We do our best to get your items shipped out before then. You will get an email notification when your item(s) have shipped. If you are local to the Maple Ridge we offer local pickup. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. (Please note there is a ONE WEEK deadline for items to be picked up, please contact us if your situation requires more time)
